In a remarkably short time, our teams worked with dedication and determination to restart operations and bring Shanchol® back into global supply — a vaccine WHO-prequalified since 2011, with more than 40 million doses supplied across 25+ countries. Restoring that supply was a key milestone for a product that has served as a global benchmark in cholera prevention for over a decade.
Every dose delivered strengthens the world’s capacity to respond when outbreaks emerge. Timely access to quality vaccines remains one of the most effective tools we have for protecting populations and supporting outbreak control.
