(Material Management)
Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance/dispensing and inventory control of Raw materials, Packing materials, Consumables and Spares.
- Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize storage arrangements.
- Ensure timely support and coordination with all stakeholder departments to achieve departmental targets.
Inventory Management (Materials receipts, storage and issuance)
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage and segregation.
- Responsible for the issuance and dispensing activities of Raw materials, packing materials and consumables are carried out in accordance with SOPs, GMP guidelines, and inventory control procedure.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and stock losses while materials handling.
- Identify and report non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory monthly.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for daily routine activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory records in appropriate software system.
- Conduct stock verification and annual physical inventory audits.
- To ensure SOP and cGMP compliance in warehouse and experience in facing quality audits.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain housekeeping standards (5S) throughout the warehouse and ensure daily cleaning activities.
Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, operators, and contract labour.
- Allocate manpower efficiently to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor employee performance and provide training as required.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports as required.
- Monitor KPIs and present operational updates to management.

Skills and Competencies
- Preferable Knowledge of Formulations Warehouse operations, USFDA/EU GMP guidelines.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP (SAP) systems and MS Office Suite.

- Effective Communication & Coordination Skills

- 8-13 years of experience
