Senior Executive/Executive – IPQA/IPQC
Location:
Muppireddipally, Hyderabad.
Experience:
- 5–8years of experience in IPQA/IPQC within bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Role Summary:
Senior Executive/Executive – IPQA/IPQC will be responsible to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards during manufacturing. Testing and packaging operations by performing in-process checks, line clearance, and documentation review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line clearance and in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging activities.
- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Review and verify Batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch testing Records (LCR) and batch packaging records (BPRs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.).
- Identify deviations, raise change controls, and support investigations.
- Conduct shop floor training for operators on quality practices.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality risks.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic documentation systems
